Chickens, cows, and pigs. Oh my!

God had a plan for our family. In 2018, we opened our home to three children. This increased our family from a family of 5 to a family of 8. It was obvious that saving money was going to be important.

We slowly added animals to our small farm. We now have egg laying chickens, meat chickens, pigs, and Dexter cows. We also grow a garden and can the food to use through the winter. We butcher and process our own food and in the process we are teaching our children.
